Returns Policy

All sales on custom orders are final. If your item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

If you are not pleased with your item please contact us at info@thememoryco.com so that we can evaluate the situation and make sure you are satisfied.

we will allow returns if there is a company error.

Examples of company errors are

  • Incorrect dates or Spelling of names
  • Incorrect placement of photos
  • Incorrect item/receiving items that customer did not order
We ask that you double check spelling and dates upon placing order, The Memory Co. llc will not allow returns due to customer error.
