All sales on custom orders are final. If your item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not pleased with your item please contact us at info@thememoryco.com so that we can evaluate the situation and make sure you are satisfied.
we will allow returns if there is a company error.
Examples of company errors are
- Incorrect dates or Spelling of names
- Incorrect placement of photos
- Incorrect item/receiving items that customer did not order
