Thank you for shopping with The Memory Co. LLC All orders will receive a tracking number via email or phone number (check spam or junk mail just in case).
Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST.
For all urns and memorial stones, please allow 2-3 weeks for items to be processed and shipped, for all other items please allow 7-10 business days (MONDAY-FRIDAY) for processing and shipping. All packages ship via UPS with 2-5 day delivery (After completion and processing). Please note once we ship out your order, delivery times can change due to shortage of the facilities staff from Covid.
The Memory Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your item. All claims and shipping concerns must be handled directly with the shipping carriers. They will be able to further assist you with help on retrieving your items. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
If your UPS tracking states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact UPS customer service directly at 1 (800) 742-5877. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to UPS.
Please double check to make sure that your address is correct before checking out. Mail that is returned due to incorrect address will have to pay a $10 shipping fee to be relabeled and sent out.
